Who runs this site

The Clean Opinion is independently owned and operated. It is not owned by Alpha Secure LLP. Audits, attestations, readiness work, and advisory services described on this site are performed by Alpha Secure LLP, a licensed CPA firm, under its own engagement letters and professional standards.

What we do with your answers

Your scorecard answers, your score, and the contact details you give us are recorded with a reference number. Your report is emailed to you, with a copy to our own inbox. We don’t sell your details. If you ask to speak with Alpha Secure LLP — for example, by booking a readiness call — we share them with Alpha Secure LLP so they can prepare for that conversation.

If you give us your email, we send your report. A few minutes later we send one short personal note asking what you are working on, written with help from our assistant; a person reads every reply. We do not run a drip campaign, and every note carries a one-click unsubscribe. Canadian addresses are only added with explicit consent.

We count visits with Umami, an open-source analytics tool we run on our own server, which sets no cookies and records visits without collecting personal information. We don’t use advertising trackers or tracking cookies.

Data retention. Lead records and reports are kept so we can follow up. Email hello@thecleanopinion.com to delete yours.
